Daiwa Millionaire V Reel
Daiwa Millionaire V reel shown above.

Above is a picture of a deep green Millionaire V model. It looks black until you hold up to the light! This is one of my favorites. Click on the link below and see more pictures of it along with many other Daiwa Millionaires.

Looking for Millionaires...
I want your Daiwa Millionaire!

Daiwa Millionaire 6HM
I'm always looking...

If you have any old Daiwa Millionaire reels that you no longer fish with or know anyone who does I would be interested in hearing from you. My goal is to have at least 1 of every Daiwa Millionaire made in Very Good shape or better. I am also interested in parts, manuals, boxes, cases, reel diagrams, etc.

Daiwa Millionaire Rods
Daiwa also made Millionaire rods to match their reels.

Saw this recently!

I would like to find some of these old Millionaire rods for my collection too! I have personally never seen one until just recently. If you know where I might find a Millionaire rod (any condition considered) I would sure appreciate hearing from you!

Mini-Millionaire
The Daiwa Mini Millionaire MM1000! A super-light and very small freshwater bait caster.
Mini-Millionaire MM1000
Recently added to my collection!

Is this the smallest bait caster you have ever seen? A simplified light weight (7.1oz) version of Daiwa's famous Millionaire series. It has all the basic features to satisfy the thrill of ultra light baitcasting. Handles line as light as 4 lb test - Fast 4.5 to 1 gear ratio - Automatic clutch (turn of handle instantly engages gears for fast start retreive) - Enclosed wormshaft level wind system - Dual graphite composite bushings - 5 point star drag system - Machined aluminum bronze drive gear - One piece hard pastic spool mounted on a stainless steel spool shaft.

I am looking for these and it's big brother the MM2000 to add to my collection! Here are a few pictures of some other mini Millionaires (ST-1000, GS-2000).

Japanese Millionaire G-5
SHIN from Japan sends in a picture of his G-5 Millionaire!
Daiwa Millionaire G-5
August 28, 1998

What a great looking reel! SHIN writes in that he bought this reel in Japan as a high school student. He really wanted an Ambassadeur 5000C but they were too expensive at that time and he decided to purchase this Millionaire instead. Since then he has never seen another one like it! I have never seen one like this either and want to thank SHIN for sending in this picture and info. If you have any pictures of old Millionaires that are not seen on these pages, drop me an email with a description of your reel and a picture in .jpg format and I will try to add it.
